With a background in both Youth Development, Human Resources and Real Estate, Ivana brings diversity to her role as Director of Agent Experience. She has her degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University.
Born in Argentina and raised in Queens, she appreciates and recognizes the importance and greatness in diversity. She dedicates her time in creating the happiest and inviting work space for her peers and clients. As Director of Agent Experiences, she oversees agent onboarding, ongoing support and event planning.
Ivana has worked in Manhattan for 10 years and has a wealth of knowledge about New York City. She loves to share her tips about fun things to do and the best restaurants throughout NYC’s many neighborhoods. A skilled marketer, Ivana enjoys tapping into her creativity, which allows her to stand out from other realtors. She creates visual aids for her clients by doing extensive research on the market, in order to break down information in an easy to understand way. Ivana specializes in team leadership, ongoing support, media management, public relations, and marketing. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and loves the opportunity to connect with her
clients in both languages. Animals are her passion, and she has two cat daughters and one cat son. She loves the outdoors and going on camping trips whenever she has a chance to escape the city.
